What is RSS?

RSS is an XML format. It was specifically developed to be used on all types of frequently updated sites. It enables information to be shared and used by other websites and programmes, and is known as redifusión web o sindicación web .

This acronym is used to refer to the following standards:

  1. Rich Site Summary(RSS 0.91)
  2. RDF Site Summary(RSS 0.9 y 1.0)
  3. Really Simple Syndication(RSS 2.0)

It has been made available on this website to give users instant information about all the new titles available in the catalogue, or just those related to a specific catalogue of interest to the user.
